An ageing sky,
Clinging to life,
But the moon rides high,
Feel her gentle shine
Now Boone stands tall,
To give the call,
It’s the sacred night,
When the raider’s rise
Drinking ‘til dawn,
The undead no more,
This is the night the raider’s rise,
Deep in folklore,
For one night, no more
O’Malley’s boys of old,
Will rise again…
The party soars
There’s undead whores,
The living souls, they flaunt their gold
For raider’s swear,
A lifelong oath,
To serve beyond
The mortal world…
Drinking ‘til dawn,
The undead no more,
This is the night the raider’s rise,
Deep in folklore,
For one night, no more
O’Malley’s boys of old,
The Boys of Boone
Paradise calling,
Look to the sunset
Boone takes his cup and swigs
He’s Boone O’Malley
He’s Boone O’Malley
He’s Boone O’Malley
The king of the sea!
Drinking ‘til dawn,
The undead no more,
This is the night the raider’s rise,
Deep in folklore,
For one night, no more
O’Malley’s boys of old,
Will rise again…
The boys of Boone!
Sunlight glows
In the cove
The undead must depart this world
Boone now yawns
Looks to the shores
The raider’s fade to dust
The boys of Boone!

If I was to ride Falcor in The Neverending Story, this would be my soundtrack for it. The guitar/keyboard duels are to die for. A bit corny? Maybe. Fun to listen to? Absolutely!
If you're into Fantasy Power Metal à la Twilight Force, Dragonland and Fellowship you have to go on this journey! One of my favorite releases of 2023 🧙✨🐉 Roland

This album is shockingly good. It's one of the best power metal albums I've ever heard. I see a lot of comparisons to golden era DragonForce, which isn't wrong, because it is consistently uptempo keyboard laden power metal with progressive elements, but there's a clear style ShadowStrike has that isn't just regurgitating someone else's sound.
I can't imagine what else to say other than this is exactly why I listen to power metal. thomas_sc89
