Marching on...
Brothers in arms, we'll rest when the battle is won
Stand your ground!
Free your land!
Bring them down
March to war
They'll sing of our glory, tell tales of the heroes this day
Drums of war…
Night draws in,
Hiding our fear
Deep dark moors,
Battle draws near!
They must fight ‘till the end
Strike them hard to the end
Battle’s fought ‘till to the end
Ride on forth, to the end
No, we cannot dream, they carry the weight of the world
Raise your sword this night! Fight ‘till the end…
Fight as one,
Brothers we fight, we don’t halt ‘till the day ends us ours
Maidens roar, sisters of war you don’t rest ‘till the night’s a red haze….
Night draws in,
Hiding our fear
Deep dark moors,
Battle draws near!
They must fight ‘till the end
Strike them hard to the end
Battle’s fought ‘till to the end
Ride on forth, to the end
No, we cannot dream, they carry the weight of the world
Raise your sword this night! Fight ‘till the end…
They must fight ‘till the end (we must fight 'till the end)
Strike them hard to the end
Battle’s fought ‘till to the end (battle's fought to the end!)
Ride on forth, to the end
No, we cannot dream, they carry the weight of the world
Raise your sword this night! Fight ‘till the end…

What a fantastic record, great riffs, with memorable songs and when you finish the album you want to listen to it all again, at least I did. The vocals are the highlight for me and is what grabbed my attention initially, damn good stuff. dimeraraven

It reminds me of *good* Blind Guardian, which is one of my favorite bands (up to 2002) , so that alone would be enough. However, it would sell the band short to describe them just as "a band that sounds like BG". The album has some genuinely brilliant moments and the last song on the album, the s/t one, is one of my favorite songs of the past years, absolutely fantastic. dungeonvic
